The National Association of REALTORS®’ Professional Standards Committee has developed a marketing tool for members to use in distinguishing themselves from non-member licensees and to enhance their professional image.

The REALTORS® Pledge of Performance and Service is a brochure which highlights, in easy to understand terms, the protection the Code of Ethics gives sellers, buyers and others who use the services of a REALTOR®. The brochure can be customized by local associations, and by REALTORS® and their firms.
