NAR requires every REALTOR® to complete at least one Code of Ethics course within established four-year periods (2005-2008, 2009-2012, etc.). This course fulfills that requirement and it explains the areas where NC Law and NCREC Rules differ from the Code of Ethics. When do you obey each? This course answers that question and teaches REALTORS® how to properly apply the Code of Ethics to their practices. This course is being provided by the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS®.
