CRCBR: Broker-in-Charge Update Course (Thu. 27 Apr, 2017 8:00 am - 12:00 pm)

This course is being given by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®. Please refer all questions to them at 704-377-8982.

The 2016-17 Commercial Broker-in-Charge Update Course (BICUP) satisfies the mandatory update course for brokers-in-charge who wish to remain broker-in-charge as of July 1, 2017 for the 2017-18 licensing period. It s a modified version of the standard BICUP which uses commercially relevant content and examples. Only licensees who are brokers-in-charge or broker-in-charge eligible will receive credit for this course. CRCBR strongly recommends that commercial practitioners take the commercial version of the BICUP or GenUp, as applicable.
