Core Class "Financing Dreams" held throughout state
Many REALTORS® seek this class taught by the NC Housing Finance Agency. The class is a core course for the Workforce Housing Specialist certificate and also awards continuing education credit for NC real estate brokers. The City of Raleigh Fair Housing Hearing Board, in partnership with the Fair Housing Project of Legal Aid of North Carolina are proud to announce the 14th Annual Raleigh Fair Housing Conference!
This year’s keynote speaker is Mr. Ted Shaw, Director of the UNC Center for Civil Rights and former Director-Counsel and President of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc.
Panel discussions will address disabilities, reentry, criminal history exclusion and its impact on fair housing.
