Blair Wilburn
Director of Communications & Marketing
Blair Wilburn joined the NC Association of REALTORS® as business development manager in November 2011. In July 2012, she became the director of business development and transitioned into the role of director of marketing & communications in April 2013. Previously, she worked as the vice president of membership development for the Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce for four years. Wilburn is a native of Burlington and a 2002 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.S. in Communication Studies. |

Cady Thomas
Director of Government Affairs
Cady Thomas joined the NC Association of REALTORS® staff in 2008 as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and transitioned into the position of Director of Government Affairs in December of 2010. Prior to joining the REALTORS® staff, Cady practiced Corporate Law with the law firm Kilpatrick Stockton LLP in Raleigh. During her time with KS she was focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and commercial mortgage securities transactions. Prior to attending law school, Cady worked on Capitol Hill. She is originally from Edenton, North Carolina. Cady is a 1998 graduate of Sweet Briar College and graduated from American University with a J.D./M.B.A. in 2004. |
