About the Class: This class will cover the foundation of the Professional Standards process and the latest changes to the Code of Ethics. The class will provide advanced training on how to write a quality Findings of Fact and high-level training for Hearing Panel Chairpersons.
Who Should Attend? Anyone and everyone! While the Professional Standards Training has traditionally been aimed at members of local REALTOR® board/association BODs and Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, the class also fulfills the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) code of ethics training requirement.

As a lawyer and REALTOR® who has been in the real estate business more than 25 years, Bruce will use his experience to bring meaning to the study of Professional Standards. It is his know-how coupled with his wit, however, that past students say make his seminars come alive. Bruce has been named Educator of the Year by both NAR and the Missouri Assn. of REALTORS® and was presented with the 2012 NAR Distinguished Service Award.
