COVID-19 Update

Based on guidance from the NC Department of Health and Human Services and the Governor’s office, NC REALTORS® is significantly reducing our staff presence at our Greensboro headquarters and Raleigh office until further notice. The health and safety of our community remains our highest priority and we will continue to act with an abundance of caution as we navigate this rapidly evolving Coronavirus situation.

All of our departments remain open for business, but please understand that many employees will be working remotely and may be unable to respond to you as promptly as they would otherwise.

The best way to reach us is via email. Email addresses for NC REALTORS® staff can be found on the NC REALTORS® website. If you are unsure of whom to contact, please use hello@ncrealtors.org to communicate your request and it will be routed to the appropriate staff member. When emailing staff, please consider contacting only one person at a time to ensure the fastest response.

The Legal Hotline will remain open during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. To contact the Legal Hotline, email legalhotline@ncrealtors.org.

For now, the Tech Helpline is continuing normal operations Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Contact the Tech Helpline by calling (877-573-5612) or email support@techhelpline.com.
