REALTORS® will learn about property and buyer eligibility\, qualifying incomes and home prices and how to use these lending opportunities to make home buying a reality for their clients. Additionally\,  you will gain an understanding of how and when each specific program can be used to offer their buyer the greatest benefit. The four-hour course will cover in-depth NCHFA programs\, including: \n\nForgivable down payment assistance\nDeferred second mortgages for eligible buyers\nHow to combine Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) $2\,000 tax credits with the NC Home Advantage product (available to all eligible borrowers)\n\nThe course is approved for four hours of NCREC continuing-education elective credit.
