In 1998\, Bill was promoted to President of Career Development for Prudential Carolinas Realty and opened Bill Gallagher School of Real Estate under the Prudential umbrella. Bill opened Superior School of Real Estate in 2005. \nWith more than 20 outstanding instructors and staff\, Bill remains one of the school’s most sought-after speakers. He assisted in the development of a 1\,250 question tutorial CD and created a 10-hour audio CD reviewing the state exam syllabus test topics. Bill’s instructor passage rate\, for students taking the NC real estate exam for the first time\, has been proven consistently at the top of the list. His approach in pre-licensing instruction continues to yield impressive results as evidenced by Superior School of Real Estate’s passage rate. Bill consistently teaches approximately 23\,000 continuing education registrants in classes offered at Superior School and REALTOR® Associations across the state.
