DESCRIPTION:AHWD is an NAR certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. The At Home with Diversity course addresses the topics of diversity\, fair housing and business planning development. After successfully completing the course\, REALTORS® are eligible to apply for the official AHWD certification\, which conveys to clients they’re working with a dynamic real estate professional with expertise that transcends cultural barriers. AHWD Certification Requirements \n\nLunch and snacks will be provided. \nThis class provides the following credit: 4 hours of CE & NAR’s Fair Housing Requirement \nRRAR and Durham Association Member Registration: $60 (Includes CE)\nOther Member Registration: $75 (Includes CE)\nAudit Registration (for those that have the certification and just want CE hours): $25 (Includes CE) \n	\n\n\n\n\n	\n	\n				\n		Presented by\n							\n								\n									\n					\n				Tikola McCree\n														\n											\n							\n					Tikola McCree is a dedicated real estate professional with North Group Real Estate in the Greater Charlotte Area and a proud soccer mom to her 16-year-old son.
