SUMMARY:Appraisal | The New Uniform Appraisal Dataset: What REALTORS® Need to Know
DESCRIPTION:The new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD 3.6) is slated to bring big changes\, from the datapoints appraisers are required to provide to the way appraisal results are reported; soon appraisal forms for individual property types will be a thing of the past for most appraisals. Some lenders will begin using the new UAD as early as September 2025\, and use of UAD 3.6 is required for all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans in November of 2026. What are the new datapoints appraisers will need to complete appraisals? And how can agents supply this information to appraisers to ease the transition? \nKen DeFeo\, Senior Manager\, Collateral Policy and Strategy\, Fannie Mae\, and Sean Murphy\, Credit Policy Risk Analytics Manager\, Freddie Mac will join us to explain why the UAD is being updated\, provide examples of data required and what the new reporting look will look like and give you resources to get prepared.

SUMMARY:Virtual | Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Course
DESCRIPTION:North Carolina has high levels of service members throughout the state. As an NC REALTOR®\, it’s important to know that there are special housing benefits and solutions for current and former military service members.  By taking this course\, you will be well versed in these opportunities and qualify for NAR’s Military Relocation Professional Certification. \n\nThis class provides the following credit: 4 Hours of Elective CE \nMember: $100\nMember (with CE): $110 \nNon-Member: $130\nNon-Member (with CE): $140 \nAudit (must have MRP certification): $30 plus CE \n	\n\n\n\n\n	\n	\n \n Presented by\n \n \n \n \n Jimmy Vercellino\n \n \n \n Jimmy Vercellino is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area\, but at the age of 18\, he made the decision to defend his country and leave home. \nDuring his time in the Marine Corps\, he traveled across the world visiting countries such as Japan\, Korea\, Thailand\, Australia\, and Singapore. \nJimmy met his wife Sylvia while stationed in Kaneohe Bay\, Hawaii\, and they decided to relocate to Arizona in 2005. He moved to Phoenix with goals and aspirations of beginning a new career in the mortgage industry. \nAs he pursued his new career\, he quickly realized there was a major deficiency and lack of home loan services for veterans. There were no mortgage professionals who specialized in working alongside servicemen and women after they returned from the military: nobody who spoke their language nor understood their needs. \nWithout hesitation\, he devoted himself to the Veteran home buyers and their families in the Phoenix area. His mission was to serve all veterans and active-duty military as a trusted advisor for all their VA Home Loan financing needs. He has always had great love\, respect\, and admiration for veterans who have served the United States and he wanted to give back. \nNow\, Jimmy has risen as one of the country’s top VA Home Loan mortgage originators. Being a licensed and certified instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate\, he proudly teaches continuing education for real estate professionals in the Valley. It is his passion to partner with servicemen and women every day to help them find the home of their dreams in the country they call home. \nHe now lives in beautiful Phoenix\, Arizona\, and enjoys spending time with his wife Sylvia\, daughter Sylvia Ann\, and son Christian.
