As we move into the second month of 2023, the market continues to cool. Listings are slightly higher and sales are off significantly from February 2021. However, this is still very much a seller’s market, with fewer than 3 months’ inventory available for buyers. Due to demand still outpacing supply, the prices continue to rise, although only at 3%.
