SUMMARY:In-Person | Serving with Integrity: An Ethics and Fair Housing Course
DESCRIPTION:This course will provide an overview of the framework of: \n\nREALTORS®’ Code of Ethics\, beginning with the aspirational concepts of the Preamble\, then moving to the current Articles and Standards of Practice\, and finishing with methods of enforcement.\nParticipants will then examine existing Fair Housing legislation with a focus on identifying protected classes\, exploring the neurological basis of implicit bias\, and strategies for effectively avoiding biased behavior in our real estate practice.\n\n\nLunch will be provided. \nThis class provides the following credit: 4 hours of CE\, NAR’s Fair Housing Requirement\, NAR’s Code of Ethics Requirement \nRegistration: $70 \n	\n\n\n\n\n\n\n	\n	\n				\n		Presented by\n							\n								\n									\n					\n				Tallie Griffith\n														\n														Navigate School of Real Estate	\n											\n							\n					After dedicating 25 years to nursing\, Tallie Griffith transitioned into real estate in 2017\, obtaining her real estate license while keeping her RN credentials. Her passion for real estate\, combined with her desire to serve others\, naturally led her to pursue a career in both real estate and education. Tallie is also Director of the Navigate School of Real Estate\, where she teachs real estate post-licensing courses\, update courses\, and CE Elective classes. She is passionate about educating and mentoring both new and experienced agents\, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge\, ethics\, and practical skills needed to succeed in today’s market.
