This course was developed in response to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s adoption of the revised Residential Square Footage Guidelines\, 2026 Edition\, also known as “The Yellow Book.” \nBecause square footage included in marketing materials may be considered a material fact\, NCREC emphasizes the importance of accuracy. Vic was the 2005 Past-President of the NC Association of REALTORS®\, the founding chair of the NCAR Appraisal Section\, a Past-Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Appraisal Committee\, and a previous member of the Board of Trustees of The Appraisal Foundation. Vic has been an active real estate Broker since July 1983. Vic is a graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Instructor Training Institute and a DREI Candidate. Vic has authored and taught numerous real estate brokerage CE courses since 1998 and teaches Pre-licensing and Post-licensing classes.
