Deal Flow Accelerator: Building AI Systems for Real Estate Pros – Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®
This hands-on, three-hour course teaches REALTORS® to build AI-powered automation workflows using no-code tools, improving lead response, client communication, and transaction management while freeing agents to focus on advocacy and community engagement.

Real Estate Tech & Innovation Expo – Goldsboro-Wayne County Association of REALTORS®
GWCAR will host a one-day expo showcasing AI tools, software, and smart home innovations. Free for local REALTORS® and industry members, the event aims to educate professionals and homeowners on emerging technology and energy-efficient solutions.

Outer Banks Community Septic Health Collaboration – Outer Banks Association of REALTORS®
OBAR will expand a proven septic health program to additional Dare County towns, providing inspections, repair incentives, and low-interest loans. The initiative protects property values, safeguards water quality, and supports community resilience.
