Regional Political Fundraising Manager

NC REALTORS® is seeking a Regional Political Fundraising Manager to join our team. The Political Fundraising Manager Serves as an assistant fundraiser for the NC REALTORS® political action committee (NC RPAC) and the National Association of REALTORS® Corporate Ally Fund (CAP).

If you enjoy fundraising for an important cause and equipping volunteers to achieve goals, this position could be right for you.

Duties Include:

  • Equipping of local and state NC RPAC and political volunteers
  • Local fundraising event planning and execution
  • Engaging NC REALTORS® membership on the importance of RPAC and CAP participation and political involvement
  • Submission, coordination and tracking of local candidate funding requests and invoices
  • Supporting NC REALTORS® communications and public affairs as they relate to government relations and political initiatives

Strong candidates for this position will have political savvy and basic knowledge of the political process. Experience with NC campaigns and/or politics preferred. Personal organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and work with limited supervision are critical. Must demonstrate dedication to customer service, problem resolution and working together as a team to achieve goals and objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, as well as basic Microsoft office skills. Some database experience would be beneficial. Two years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution is required.

This position is based in Charlotte and will have a regional portfolio. Frequent in-state travel is required. NC REALTORS® offers a generous benefits package with ongoing training provided.
