The North Carolina REALTORS® Innovative Grant program is proud to award $5,000 each to two local boards implementing programs that advance the real estate profession and support their members.

AI Innovation Day – Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®
AI Innovation Day will equip REALTORS® with the knowledge and practical skills needed to responsibly utilize artificial intelligence in their daily business operations while maintaining compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. As AI continues to reshape industries, real estate professionals must understand how to leverage emerging technologies in ways that enhance consumer service, improve efficiency, and protect the public. The program directly supports the advancement of North Carolina REALTORS® by providing education on ethical AI use, fair housing considerations, data privacy, risk management, and consumer transparency. Attendees will learn how to create marketing materials, improve communication, streamline administrative tasks, and increase productivity while remaining compliant with industry regulations and REALTOR® standards. By helping REALTORS® adopt AI responsibly, this initiative promotes a more informed, technologically advanced real estate industry that better serves North Carolina homeowners and consumers. Increased efficiency allows practitioners to spend more time advising clients, improving the overall transaction experience and strengthening public trust in the REALTOR® profession.

Selling Smarter Sales Strategies for Today’s Commercial Broker Program – Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®
This grant will be used to develop an AI workshop for commercial brokers across the Charlotte region and North Carolina, teaching them to build personalized, AI-supported prospecting systems. By strengthening brokers’ skills and technology adoption, the initiative supports REALTOR® professionalism and competitiveness statewide, ultimately benefiting North Carolina’s homeowners and commercial clients through better-equipped, more effective real estate service.
