Addressing NC’s Housing Needs – 760,000 Units Needed
The housing crisis in North Carolina is at a critical juncture. A newly commissioned study by NC REALTORS®, the NC Chamber, and the NC Home Builders Association reveals the state will need over 764,000 rental and for-sale units over the next five years to meet demand across all 100 counties.
As part of the February 5 launch of the housing study, NC REALTORS® President John McPherson joined a panel discussion alongside leaders from the Chamber and NC Home Builders to explore the findings and discuss solutions. Get the full details by accessing the study here.
