Membership Coordinator

NC REALTORS®, a statewide trade association representing more than 54,000 members, is seeking a Membership Coordinator to join its Finance Department. Reporting to the Controller, this position manages the financial and administrative activities related to member accounts, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and excellent customer service for members, local associations, and affiliates across North Carolina. Key duties include maintaining the membership database (RAMCO on Microsoft Dynamics), processing new and renewing memberships, reconciling accounts receivable, preparing invoices and reports, and supporting data integrity and compliance initiatives.

Successful candidates will have at least two years of bookkeeping or administrative experience (associate’s degree preferred), familiarity with accounting principles and accounts receivable, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems—RAMCO experience preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
