“The NC REALTORS® Shared & Regional GADs work to secure grants to support our local communities. The Durham Regional Association of Realtors recently obtained a $7,500 Placemaking grant from the National Association of Realtors® to help transform unused space in Creedmoor into vibrant, public destination for community use and enjoyment.

Durham Regional will use the funds to support improvements to historic B.C. Roberts field and construction of a plaza for events, pickleball, and basketball. They will partner with the City of Creedmoor, Granville County, Granville County Tourism Development Authority, and local donors on this project, who will also be contributing financial support.”
