What do you consider your greatest accomplishment in the industry?

Re-energizing the CRS network as the leaders for raising the bar of professionalism in the profession. Engaging members who have felt ‘outside’ of the inner workings of the organization. Giving voice to the producers who have neglected or eschewed their necessary role in ‘what happens next.’

What do you consider your greatest accomplishment as an NC REALTOR®?

Opening a new dialogue with never-before-invested REALTORS® and providing the language for other REALTORS® to create that same culture wherever they go.

What were the greatest challenges you faced in the industry?

Learning to overcome negative back hallway talk and remember that those who fight change are the ones who need it most.

Have you been inspired by other NC REALTOR® women throughout the years? Please name them here and briefly describe how they have impacted you, the industry or the association.

Connie Corey, past president of NC REALTORS®. I didn’t know her prior to my involvement, but she has been one of my staunchest supporters as I have grown and grown. She was not the ‘usual’ president which I believe has encouraged others to step up.

Linda Trevor, works without the need for accolades. Her sincere goodness inspires me to be a better Realtor and human.
