NC REALTORS® Annual Awards presented at Region 4 REALTORS® Conference & Expo

NC REALTORS® is thrilled to announce multiple members were presented with achievement awards during our 2023 Region 4 REALTORS® Conference & Expo this week. Recognition included the REALTOR® of the Year, the REALTOR® of the Year, a Hall of Fame inductee and multiple service awards from across the state. Congratulations to all the award recipients!

Amy Hedgecock of High Point Regional Association is the recipient of the 2023 REALTOR® of the Year award. She is the 74th honoree of this prestigious award, which was started in 1951 and recognizes dedication and service to the organization, real estate industry, and the community.

Bob Bates of Cape Fear REALTORS® and Connie Corey of Coastal Plains Association of REALTORS® were inducted into NC REALTORS® Hall of Fame. The award was established in 1990 to honor outstanding REALTORS® who contributed outstanding services to the real estate profession through development, environment, government and leadership.

David Costner from the Gaston Association was honored with the Appraisal Section Impact Award. This accolade was presented to a Section member who showcased substantial contributions over the years. This award is especially significant as the Section is set to become a committee in 2024.

  • Magda Esola, Canopy REALTORS® Association, Committee Member of the Year Award
  • Brenda Dixon, Cape Fear REALTORS®, Innovation/Entrepreneurial Award
  • Mark Saunders,  Winston-Salem Regional Association, Champion Award

  •     Region 3 – Bruce Gates, Goldsboro-Wayne County Association
  •     Region 4-  Wallace Peiffer, Durham Regional Association

  •     Region 8 – Jennifer Frontera, Canopy REALTORS® Association
  •     Region 10 – Jonathan McBride, Raleigh Regional Association
