Attendee Registration Information

Do I have to register if I only plan to attendee committee and business meetings?

Yes, anyone attending the events & meetings in person must be registered and agree to the NC REALTORS® Policies and Procedures. You will not need to register for the individual committee meetings.

When is the registration deadline?

Friday, January 12, 2024 (RPAC Training, Vision Quest, Tony’s Reception & Inaugural Installation) No registration deadline for Business and Committee Meetings.

What is the cancellation and refund policies?

Cancellations received prior to Wednesday, January 10 will receive all but a $30 processing fee, per paid events registered for.

No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

What is the registration transfer deadline?

The registration transfer deadline is Friday, January 12. Registrations cannot be transferred after this deadline.

Attendee Registration Platform & Process Information

Where do I find my confirmation number?

Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email that includes your confirmation number.

If you lost your confirmation number…
  1. Select: Already Registered
  2. Select: “Forgot your confirmation number”
  3. Enter: Email address used during registration

Hotel Information

Where do I find information on overnight accommodations?

You must be registered to access hotel reservation information. This information is located in (2) areas:

  • Confirmation email received after registering for the event
  • Sign into this event website using your email address and confirmation number. Once signed in, the hotel link will be available on the confirmation page.
When is the hotel reservation cut-off date?
