2018 Leadership Team with Governor Roy Cooper

Winter Leadership Meetings/Vision Quest 2018 was one for the record books! Over 400 people attended from across the state – members, staff, vendors, and political figures, including Governor Roy Cooper and Eden Mayor Neville Hall. Association leaders learned leadership and association management strategies from industry experts, preparing them for a year of amazing impact and engagement, while committees, advisory groups, and the BOD held meetings to advance the mission of the association on behalf of the members and industry. President Amy Hedgecock hosted a red-carpet launch for XCHANGE ’18 with 2018 Convention Co-Chairs Deb Hays and Kathy Carpenter, who launched our new video series and awarded great prizes.
