Born and raised in Albany, New York, Jameesha Harris (33) moved to New Bern eight years ago and has devoted her time in the city to being the change she wishes to see. She possesses an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is currently working to complete her Bachelor’s at East Carolina University. She currently serves on the Executive Board for a nonprofit that she founded in 2018 called Young Urban Professionals ENC. She also was elected as the youngest African American woman to serve as Ward 2 Alderwoman for the City of New Bern. When she is not out helping serve in her community she is hard at work providing her clients with essential information to help them purchase their new homes. She works as a full-time Realtor for New Bern Estates & Homes and hopes to one day own and operate her own firm.
Born and raised in a beautiful beach town of Southern California, I never imagined it was possible to leave such a beautiful place until I found myself ‘landing’ in the breath-taking mountains of Western North Carolina. I enjoy the outdoors and connecting with people when I’m not home relaxing with my family. My husband and I have two beautiful girls, Monica and Melissa. In real estate, my mission is to humbly serve my clients by coaching them through the process of home-ownership. I have been incredibly blessed to help many people and hope to continue helping others as I persist to grow both personally and professionally. I’m ready to make 2019 best year yet!
