Ray Gronowski is a 39 -year veteran in the real estate business whose experience includes time at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Prudential Real Estate, Listingbook and now Realtors Property Resource (RPR), as Vice President of Broker & Specialty Services.

Ray began the technology aspect of his career by implementing technology initiatives within the Prudential Network, spearheading the acquisition of eRealty, implementing a VOW platform within all Prudential companies, and negotiating an exclusive contract with Yahoo Real Estate to promote listings nationally.

Today, Ray is focused on increasing the knowledge and awareness of brokers nationally of the benefits of the RPR system, along with managing a team that is responsible for outreach to brokerages & franchisors, along with the implementation of Broker Tools.  He also focuses on gathering continued input for the development of the application. When working with the Brokerages, Ray’s goal is to make sure leadership can promote their brand, lower their business expenses, and equip REALTORS with better statistical information about the market, the neighborhood and even the home to the clients they serve.

On a personal note, Ray holds a BS degree in Finance along with an MBA in Management from Drake University, where he also played quarterback in the early 80s. Ray has been married for 35 years and lives in Naperville, IL.  He has 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
