Pre-registration is required. Space is limited, register early to reserve your spot.

Attendee Registration Information

Do I have to register if I only plan to attend committee & business meetings?

Yes, anyone attending the events & meetings in person must be registered and agree to the NC REALTORS® Policies and Procedures. You will not need to register for the individual committee meetings.

When is the registration deadline?

There is no deadline.

Attendee Registration Platform & Process Information

Where do I find my confirmation number?

Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email that includes your confirmation number.

If you lost your confirmation number:

Select: Already Registered
Select: “Forgot your confirmation number?”
Enter: Email address used during registration

How do I add an additional event to my existing registration?

Select: Already Registered
Enter Email address used during registration, confirmation number and select “Log in”
Select: Modify
Complete the registration process. You will be able to add additional events on the “Registration Add-ons” page.

How I do modify my registration?

Select: Already Registered
Enter: Email address used during registration, confirmation number, and then select “Log in”
Select: Modify Registration

How do I add a guest or group member to an existing registration?

Select: Already Registered
Enter: Email address used during registration, confirmation number and select “Log in”
Select: Modify
Complete the registration process. You will be able to add a new group member or guest on the “Registration Summary” page at the bottom.

How do I transfer my registration?

Select: Already Registered
Enter: Email address used during registration and confirmation number
Select: Transfer Registration

How do I cancel my registration?

Select: Already Registered
Enter: Email address used during registration, confirmation number, and then select “Log in”

Hotel Information

Where do I find information on overnight accommodations?

Confirmation email received after registering for the event

When is the hotel reservation cut-off date?

Friday, May 3, 2024, unless hotel sells out prior to date

Schedule & Educational Sessions

When will the full Event schedule be available?

It is available now.

What will be available virtually?

No sessions or events will be offered virtually in 2024.

Committee Meetings Statement: Our association may have as many as 40 committees and other governance events occurring during the in-person meetings. Due to the complexity of these meetings and the vast costs associated with the setup, there will not be a hybrid option for the committee meetings. All committees who need to meet during this week will meet in person unless other plans have been made to meet virtually only.
