At the local level, I’ve been honored to serve the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS® (DRAR) in nearly every leadership role: 2024 President, 2025 Immediate Past President, 2023 President-Elect, 2022 Vice President, and 2021 Secretary/Treasurer. I currently serve on the DRAR Board of Directors (2015–2016, 2021–present) and Executive Committee (2021–present). I’ve served on the Legislative, Community Service, Candidate Selection, and Professional Standards Committees, was the 2022 RPAC Chair, and currently serve as DRAR’s Local Political Coordinator.
At the state level, I stepped in as Regional Vice President for Region 4 in 2023 and was elected to a full two-year term beginning in 2025. I currently serve as the 2025 Liaison to the Association Executives Committee, and have served as Liaison to the Global Committee and on the Communications Committee. I also serve as a State Political Coordinator (SPC) for Representative Vernetta Alston.
In addition to my local and state service, I am a member of WCR and NAREB, and an active fundraising ambassador for the REALTOR® Relief Foundation through the National Association of REALTORS®. Supporting our colleagues in times of crisis is central to my commitment to strengthening the REALTOR® community.
If elected, I will lead with integrity, transparency, and energy—advocating for the issues that matter most and ensuring our association remains innovative, inclusive, and member-focused.

Chester Bartlett, ABR, AHWD, GRI, RSPS
Carolina Smokies Association
Thank you for consideration for my candidacy for NC REALTORS® Budget and Finance Committee.
This year I am proud to celebrate my 21st year in the real estate profession. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to serving our profession through active involvement at the local, state and national levels. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing REALTORS® and reinforced my dedication to thoughtful leadership and responsible stewardship.
Prior to entering real estate, I developed a strong foundation in professionalism, strategic planning, and fiscal responsibility – skills that continue to guide my work today. My diverse leadership experiences have provided valuable insight into organizational operations, resource allocation, and long-term planning. As reflected in my previous positions, I had the honor to serve in a variety of leadership roles that expanded my knowledge of association governance and afforded me the opportunity to contribute to discussions surrounding the evolving needs of our profession.
I understand the critical role the Budget and Finance Committee plays in ensuring NC REALTORS® remains fiscally responsible while effectively supporting its strategic priorities. I am committed to approaching budget decisions with transparency, accountability and a focus on delivering value to members of all sizes, particularly those represented by small boards.
I would be honored to contribute my experience, collaborative approach, and commitment to sound financial stewardship as a member of the Budget and Finance Committee.
Samantha DiGiovanni, ABR, CIPS
Johnston County Association
My REALTOR® service began in a leadership role on the Johnston County Association of REALTORS® Top Producer Council, which I chaired and then with our Parade of Homes Committee which I also chaired before moving into board service in 2023. I was elected President in 2025 and currently serve as Past President of the association. That same year, I earned both my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations. I also served on the NC REALTORS® DEI Committee in 2025, and I am now serving a two-year term on the NC REALTORS® Global Committee. Building on that work, our Association Executive, Bonnie White, and I are launching a local Global Committee chapter at JCAR this year.
The finance and budgeting of our association matter deeply to me. As board members, we are ultimately stewards of our members’ money, and every financial decision must be made with that responsibility in mind. I would welcome the opportunity to expand my own knowledge while lending my experience to the NC REALTORS® Budget and Finance Committee.
Beyond my association service, I believe my ten years in banking and finance, paired with my MBA, make me a strong fit for this role. I would be honored to serve.
Mark Lindsey, AHWD, C2EX, RENE
Brunswick County Association
Serving REALTOR® associations at both the local and state levels has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional career. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than 30 years in the accounting and financial management industry in both public and private accounting settings. This background has provided extensive expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, forecasting, and fiscal stewardship. Blending this experience with REALTOR® Leadership roles enables me to be a strong candidate to serve on the NC REALTORS® Finance Committee.
I currently serve as Treasurer of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® and previously as a Director on the BCAR Board of Directors. At the state level, I have sat on the NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation Board of Directors since 2020 and was Foundation President in 2024. I currently serve as the Foundation’s Assistant Treasurer. These leadership roles have strengthened my understanding of nonprofit governance, strategic planning, financial oversight, and accountability.
Strong financial leadership requires more than balancing budgets. It requires transparency, sound judgment, long-term planning, and a commitment to ensuring that association resources are managed responsibly and effectively. As our industry continues to evolve, NC REALTORS® must remain financially strong and positioned to support advocacy, professional development, member services, and future opportunities for our members.
If elected, I will bring a practical, collaborative, and analytical approach to the Finance Committee. I am committed to listening, asking thoughtful questions, and working with fellow committee members and leadership to ensure responsible stewardship of association resources.
Thank you for your consideration and for the opportunity to serve. I would be honored to contribute my experience and dedication to the continued success of NC REALTORS®.

William Warmath, Jr., MRP, SRES
Greensboro Regional Association
For more than 30 years, I have been an active and committed member of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, the North Carolina Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors. During this time, I have served in multiple leadership capacities, including President, Treasurer, and Director. In each of these officer roles, I was responsible for exercising direct financial oversight, including budget development and approval, financial monitoring, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and fiduciary standards. My work also included strategic planning, governance support, and collaboration with fellow board members to advance the mission and operational effectiveness of each association.
In addition to my association leadership, I recently retired after more than a decade of service as Broker-in-Charge of Keller Williams ONE in Greensboro. In this role, I had comprehensive responsibility for the brokerage’s day-to-day operations, with a particular emphasis on financial management. This included preparing and managing annual budgets, overseeing profit and loss performance, reviewing financial reports, implementing cost controls, and ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the brokerage. I also played a key role in operational leadership, agent support systems, policy implementation, and overall business administration.
I am broker/owner of an extremely successful real estate team – Warmath Realty Group, Ltd. – and an owner/investor in Keller Williams ONE of Greensboro. In my leadership capacity of both, I contribute to long-term strategic direction, financial planning, and business development initiatives. My combined experience across professional associations and brokerage leadership reflects a consistent focus on fiscal responsibility, organizational leadership, and sustainable business growth.

Currently affiliated with Coldwell Banker Premier Team Realty in Lumberton, I also owns JAM Property Rentals, LLC, specializing in limited property management, blending residential expertise with investment and rental property insights.
I bring substantial financial acumen to the NC REALTORS® Finance and Budget Committee. I have served as Treasurer for the former Lumberton Board of REALTORS® and the Carolina Civic Center Foundation. Notably, I’m a two-time prior member of the NC REALTORS® Finance and Budget Committee and currently serve on the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Budget and Finance Committee. My analytical strengths—enjoying income/expense tracking, projections, efficiency maximization, and strategic planning—align perfectly with fiduciary oversight.
In leadership, I have served on multiple levels: Director and 2025 President of Longleaf Pine REALTORS® (currently Immediate Past President), multiple years as NC REALTORS® Director, and 2025 NAR Director. I am also an RPAC Golden R President’s Circle Hall of Fame investor, reflecting my lifelong commitment to advocacy and the REALTOR® Party.
I am motivated by a belief that associations thrive when members contribute their best talents, and I seek re-election to the Finance and Budget Committee to apply this analytics expertise. I prioritize fiduciary responsibility: asking tough questions on finances, offering creative solutions to challenges, and providing visionary foresight to align budgeting with the strategic plan and member needs—ensuring fiscal health amid economic shifts in NC real estate.
An NC resident since 2001, I am husband of 27 years to Bradley and proud dog-dad to Sara Jane (4yo). An avid home chef specializing in Indian, Italian, and German cuisines, my best therapy is playing piano.
Kim Dawson, ABR, AHWD, CRS, C2EX, CIPS, GRI, SRES
Orange Chatham Association
I am proud to be a North Carolina REALTOR® and respectfully request your support for NAR Director. For more than two decades, I have been actively engaged in REALTOR® leadership at the local, state and national levels, beginning in 2003 with the Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS®. Service to our profession has been a constant throughout my career, and my greatest honor was serving as President of the North Carolina REALTORS® in 2016.
I have served more than nine years as an NAR director and have demonstrated a strong commitment to this role, missing only one Board of Directors meeting or conference during that time. My involvement reflects both dedication and consistency, particularly during periods of change and challenge for our industry.
At the national level, I have served on numerous NAR committees, including MLS Policy, Professional Development, C2EX and Broker Relations. I have also been appointed as a committee chair twice, most recently serving as Chair of the Broker Engagement Committee. In 2020, I was honored to lead the workgroup that restructured the Broker Involvement Program into what is now Broker Engagement Relations—an initiative designed to strengthen communications, collaboration, and resources for brokers across the country.
Advocacy is the foundation of our profession and I remain deeply committed to protecting property rights and supporting REALTOR® priorities. I have been a Golden R RPAC investor since 2014, a Presidents Circle member, and was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame in 2020.
I am passionate about representing North Carolina REALTORS®, asking thoughtful and sometimes tough questions, and helping NAR continue to raise the bar for transparency, professionalism, and member value. I respectfully ask for your vote and the opportunity to continue serving.
Treasure Faircloth, CRS, C2EX, e-PRO, GRI
Winston-Salem Regional Association
I have had the honor and privilege to be a REALTOR® for more than 50 years and I would like to be elected for another term as NAR Director. I have served as a NAR Director for more than 18 years and since 1984 have served on NAR committees including Education, Communications, Federal Financing, Housing Needs, Professional Standards, Federal Financing, Broker Engagement and Political Involvement. I am presently a member of the Federal Financing & Housing Policy Committee. I am a donor for RPAC and a Major Investor for the last several years.
I have served on the NC REALTORS® Executive Committee as Region 6 Vice President and NC REALTORS® Treasurer for 4 years; President-Elect in 2016 and President in 2017. I have received the NCR and Winston-Salem Regional Association’s Hall of Fame Award, NCR Region 6 Service Award, CRS of the Year, and both the Winston-Salem Regional Association and NCR REALTOR® of the Year Award.
I believe as a NAR Director, all members come first. Each decision made by the NAR Directors should keep in mind how our voting affects all the members not just one state or area.
If you want a NAR Director who only serves one State, one local Board and make decisions only for the chance of getting on a NAR committee or appointment, then I’m not that person, but if you want someone that makes decisions for the members everywhere then I ask that you vote for Treasure Faircloth to continue being a NAR Director – I will serve all the members. Thank you for always having the faith in me to serve you, the NC REALTOR®.
VOTE TREASURE FAIRCLOTH FOR NAR DIRECTOR!

REGION 10
Jon McBride, AHWD, C2EX, PSA
Raleigh Regional Association
I am honored to have been elected as the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Regional Vice President candidate for the 2027-2029 term. This role reinforces my long-standing commitment to service and positions me to contribute meaningfully at the state level with NC REALTORS®.
A lifelong North Carolinian, I began my real estate career in mortgage banking in 1996 before transitioning to full-service brokerage. Today, with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, I proudly serve families across the Triangle and coastal Northeastern North Carolina, helping them achieve the dream of homeownership with integrity, expertise, and personalized guidance.
I became active with RRAR because I believe every REALTOR® has a responsibility to give back to the profession that has given us so much. That conviction led me to serve on the Board of Directors, chair several committees at the local level, and take on leadership roles at the state association, earning recognition as an RPAC Hall of Fame Major Investor. Through these roles I have advocated for smart growth, property rights, sustainability, and strong support for our communities.
I am eager to bridge local leadership with statewide priorities. My vision is to strengthen legislative advocacy, promote the highest ethical standards, expand professional development opportunities, and ensure homeownership remains attainable for every North Carolinian. With my proven record of collaboration, I am ready to serve our members and advance our shared goals.
REGION 1
Lori Brooks, Broker, AHWD, C2EX, GRI
Outer Banks Association
I am Lori Brooks and I am submitting my application to serve as Region 1 Trustee.
A passionate advocate for the real estate profession, I have always welcomed the opportunity to serve my fellow REALTORS®. I have served my local association, Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® (OBAR) in many capacities including President. I have also served on numerous committees and volunteered my time for the betterment of our profession. I previously served as OBAR RPAC Chair from 2023 through 2025, where I had the opportunity to work alongside an incredible group of members who made our success possible.
During those three years, OBAR was fortunate to achieve the Triple Crown and President’s Cup each year, reaching 149% of our goal in 2023, 156% in 2024, and 196% in 2025. Region 1 also earned the Colvin Cup all three years, recognizing the highest percentage of goal across North Carolina regions.
I believe those results came from staying engaged and meeting members where they are—through office visits, local raffles, and phone banks, as well as speaking at events like General Membership Meetings, New Member Orientations, and BIC Breaks. I also enjoyed helping plan Major Investor Receptions and finding ways to keep RPAC approachable and relevant. More than anything, I’ve simply tried to stay consistent, be accessible, and encourage participation in a way that feels genuine. I believe our collective energy, authenticity, and genuine passion for RPAC have inspired members at every level—proving that success is built not only on strategy, but on connection and shining the light on the importance of RPAC.
REGION 2
Kelly Campbell, ABR, CPS
Cape Fear REALTORS®
I am Kelly Campbell and I am excited to be considered to serve as a Trustee for NC REALTORS® PAC Region 2.
I have been described by some as a natural “connector” with a strong sense of service to something greater than oneself. This was instilled early in my life as an Army “brat”, where frequent moves and exposure to diverse communities gave me an appreciation of the importance of home, stability, and strong communities. These values have continued to guide both my personal life as the wife of a third-generation homebuilder, and professional life, working as a social worker in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, to eventually pivoting my skill-set to serve the larger community as a REALTOR®. Little did I know that there would be so many amazing opportunities to serve in leadership and advocacy roles, starting with my local association in 2022 with the CFR Leadership Academy. Since then, I have served on the Government Affairs Committee, Candidate Selection Committee, Finance Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Community Relations Committee, and RPAC Committees, later becoming Chair of Community Relations in 2023 and Chair of RPAC in 2026.

Kellie Adams
Mid Carolina Regional Association
I bring a lifelong connection to real estate, having grown up in a REALTOR® family where I learned early on the value of strong client relationships, attention to detail, and deep market knowledge. With over 30 years of living in Moore County, I offer insight into the local communities and a genuine passion for helping clients find their place here.
Before transitioning into real estate full-time, I worked as a school teacher—an experience that shaped my organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Today, I combine that background with my role as a mother of four active daughters to manage the demands of real estate with efficiency, care, and dedication.
As the spouse of a military veteran who served more than 25 years on active duty, I have a deep appreciation for the unique needs of military families. I understand the challenges of relocation, tight timelines, and the importance of a smooth, well-managed transaction, and I’m proud to serve those connected to our local military community.
I play a key role in overseeing our firm’s Property Management and Rental Program, ensuring a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants. I’m also highly experienced in listing and selling homes, guiding clients through every step of the process with professionalism.
In addition to my work with clients, I’ve been actively involved in leadership within the Mid Carolina Regional Association of REALTORS® for more than six years. I served as MLS Board President in 2023 and Association President in 2025. I’m also a long-time major investor in RPAC and currently serve as RPAC Committee Chair, demonstrating my commitment to protecting property rights and supporting the real estate industry.
I’m known for my responsiveness, attention to detail, and dedication to my clients, and I’m committed to building lasting relationships while delivering results.
