We are now offering a mix of in-person and virtual courses. A computer, laptop, or tablet may be used to access the virtual courses. There is no cost to use Zoom. *A webcam/camera is required to receive course credit.

We haven’t offered the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource(SFR) certification course very often, and boy, is it timely now. Why? Sure, most real estate markets in North Carolina are thriving, and there are very few short sales. But now is a great time to learn and prepare for the future. There are a limited number of experienced REALTORS® who have the skills to effectively brokerage distressed properties. By earning your  SFR certification, you uncover additional opportunities to help buyers and sellers navigate short sales and foreclosure in the future.

This class will cover the foundation of the Professional Standards process and the latest changes to the Code of Ethics. The class will provide advanced training on how to write a quality Findings of Fact and high-level training for Hearing Panel Chairpersons.

In-person | Resort and Second Home Property Specialist

March 30 | 9:00AM – 4:30PM

The goal of the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist Certification Course is to help real estate practitioners adapt and apply their core real estate skills, develop business and branding strategies, understand the issues and trends that impact the second-home market, and help buyers choose properties that meet their vacation or investment second-home goals. Participants will gain knowledge of the essentials of buying and selling second-home properties for recreation and investment and build a second-home business

This course qualifies REALTORS® who are in good standing with NAR to apply for the RSPS Certification (separate application fee required).

At Home With Diversity Certification Course Image

AHWD is an NAR certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. The At Home with Diversity course addresses the topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development. After successfully completing the course, REALTORS® are eligible to apply for the official AHWD certification, which conveys to clients they’re working with a dynamic real estate professional with expertise that transcends cultural barriers.
