Lou Baldwin Wins NC REALTOR® of the Year

Greensboro, North Carolina (September 17, 2017) – NC REALTORS® is thrilled to announce NC REALTOR® Lou Baldwin is the recipient of the NC REALTORS® 2017 REALTOR® of the Year award. Lou is the owner of Baldwin Properties in Winston-Salem, where he serves as 2017 president of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS®.

Lou is a past President of NC REALTORS® and currently serves as Economic Development Committee Chairman and on the Board of Directors.

Lou was honored earlier this week during a special ceremony at the association’s 2017 Conference & Expo at The Omni Grove Park Inn, North Carolina.  Lou is the 68th honoree of this prestigious award, which was started in 1951 and recognizes dedication and service to the organization, real estate industry, and the community.

Lou joined Baldwin Properties in 1986 and has been the owner and President since 1989, establishing himself as a leader in the Winston-Salem community through his civic and professional involvement.  Currently, he serves as the Chair of the NAR’s Consumer Communications Committee and as NAR’s Federal Political Coordinator to U.S. Senator Richard Burr. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and he specializes in the leasing, sale and management of commercial and investment real estate.
