NC REALTOR® Eddie D. Blanton to serve as 2020 CCIM Institute President

NC REALTORS® is proud to announce that member Eddie D. Blanton, CCIM, principal and senior adviser with Tradd Commercial’s Charlotte office, will serve as the 2020 president of CCIM Institute. In this role, he will lead a global commercial community that educates and connects the world’s leading experts in investment strategy, financial analysis and market analysis.

“I am honored to serve as the 2020 CCIM Institute global president,” says Blanton. “As with my predecessors, trust in me, along with our 2020 management, leadership, and staff, to work hard for CCIMs and all members of the institute. Working together, we will overcome any issues, and we will definitely ‘change the game!’”

Blanton’s experience in the commercial real estate spans more than 24 years. He is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®; the North and South Carolina Association of REALTORS®; the International Council of Shopping Centers; and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®.
