This VA Masterclass will help REALTORS® better support active duty service members, veterans, and eligible military families throughout the homebuying process. Led by David Smith, Vice President of National VA Lending at loanDepot, the session will cover VA loan eligibility, key benefits, property considerations, and common myths that can impact transactions.
Attendees will also hear from guest speaker Robert Shelly, Veterans Services Director of Guilford County, who will share insight on local Veteran resources and support.
This session is complimentary but registration is required. Lunch will be provided.

To cancel a class: Login to the NC REALTORS® website. Find your class under “Upcoming Events” on the Member Dashboard or by locating the class you want to cancel on the NC REALTORS® calendar. Under registration details, you will see an option to “Cancel”. On the following page, select “Submit Cancellation”.

You will receive either a full refund or, if rescheduled, you may transfer to the new date.
