Join John Wait, Esq. for a 2-hour informational session on Evictions for Property Managers.
This class is a concise but comprehensive crash course on how to pursue an eviction in North Carolina. Attendees will learn, among other things, how to correctly fill out the necessary paperwork, prepare for court, and enforce a judgment for eviction once obtained. The pace of the material will be swift, but resources will be provided that include citations for later reference.
