Why I love what I do: I truly believe that real estate is the best wealth builder and investment for retirement, as long as it is purchased wisely and managed efficiently. I also love helping my clients accomplish their goals and providing real value for my clients’ money.

Favorite work story:  This story highlights the importance of the leasing position in property management. We had a high-dollar rental available that was shown by our leasing realtor to prospective tenants. After they submitted an application, my broker thought there was something off between the prospective tenants’ background and the way they appeared in person. Doing some digging, we found out they were identity thieves who had taken over someone else’s identity. Because of our broker’s quick thinking, we were able to stop a crime. Then, we found a good tenant for our client’s property.

What I’m most proud of in my career: I started my company in 2008 with just an idea. Over these last nine years, I have been able to grow this idea into four companies that manage over 150 properties and close to over 100 transactions per year. I am very honored to share that since joining my company, several of my employees have become licensed REALTORS® and have purchased homes for themselves. It is an honor to help them grow and develop into their full potential, and in so doing, grow our company along with them.

Why I’m a member of NC REALTORS®: I am proud to be held to a higher standard, and I believe that we grow together by strengthening the public’s perception of our profession.

Fun Fact: I speak five languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian.
