Greg Antipoff is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a real estate tax strategist. He is affectionately known as The Real Estate Accountant, dedicated to helping real estate agents keep more of what they earn. Greg achieves this by walking agents through his signature “Financial EKG: Earn, Keep, Grow” framework. With so much emphasis already being placed on how agents can “Earn” more, he chooses to focus on helping agents “Keep” and “Grow” what they earn. Greg’s knack for making tax and accounting topics easy to understand and humorous leaves agents educated, entertained and ready to take action.
Greg operates a tax and accounting firm dedicated to helping real estate agents keep more of their hard earned money through financial education and tax planning.
At home in Connecticut, Greg is a Husband, Father of two young daughters, Chief-Stick-Thrower to an energetic Labradoodle, former REALTOR® and Firefighter/EMT.

Marc grew up in the real estate world and spent many years pulling weeds, painting walls, showing properties, and collecting rents for Grace Property Management, the company his father founded in 1978.
Today, from a platform of managing 1,000 rental properties, Grace Management helps people buy, sell, invest, flip, collect rent, evict, and have fun doing it!
If you are more impressed with initials after a name – Marc is the President of Grace Property Management & Real Estate, holds a degree in Real Estate & Finance, has taught CE classes in over 20 states, is regularly featured in national real estate publications, and holds multiple designations and awards, including being named the national property manager of the year.
Marc lives in Loveland, CO, where he lives his failed childhood sports dreams – through his four children.

Marki Lemons Ryhal

Marki Lemons Ryhal is a licensed Managing Broker, REALTOR®, avid volunteer, Major Donor, President’s Circle, FPC, 30X published author, and 6X International Best-Selling Author.
Marki holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Chicago State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University, and sixty-four real estate-related licenses, certifications, and designations.
Tammy Smith
Tammy Smith is a recently retired Army Major General. At the conclusion of her 35-year career, she was serving at the Pentagon as the Military Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of the Army. She was responsible for developing innovative policy and providing oversight for the Army Quality of Life portfolio.
Upon her promotion to Brigadier General in 2012, mere months after the repeal of Don’t Ask/Don’t Tell (DADT), then BG Smith gained unexpected visibility as the US military’s first openly LGBT General/Flag officer. Rather than downplaying the significance of this unanticipated status MG Smith leveraged her role by promoting inclusion and diversity in the Army and Department of Defense, contributing to a culture of acceptance and trust in a post-DADT military. MG Smith chose to be a visible role model for an inclusive military that is representative of the nation’s all-volunteer force. She demonstrated that military identity remains the foremost identity of a soldier while also acknowledging the intersectionality of other personal identities. MG Smith was awarded the Secretary of the Army Diversity in Leadership award for her contributions to Army inclusion efforts.
Major General Smith’s military awards and decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit Medals, the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medals, Army Commendation Medals, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Korean Service Medal, the Combat Action Badge, Senior Parachutist Badge, Parachute Rigger Badge, and the Army Staff Badge. She was inducted into the Army ROTC Hall of Fame in 2016.
