The Member Benefits Committee identifies, assesses, tests and recommends products and services through negotiated agreements with companies providing important member benefits at group discounted rates and/or with enhanced benefits; and is responsible for sharing with the general membership the existence and value of the member benefits offered by NC REALTORS®.

The Executive Committee is a committee of the NC REALTORS® Board of Directors, and may, with a few important exceptions, act on behalf of the Board of Directors. The NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation provides affordable housing and disaster relief to deserving families. Founded in 2004, the NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity that provides resources to create, expand and encourage homeownership opportunities for North Carolinians. The foundation promotes awareness of affordable housing issues by educating North Carolinians and their representatives about the barriers to homeownership and the resources needed to increase housing affordability. The NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation also provides emergency disaster relief for victims who have lost their home through a natural disaster. We raise funds from caring donors who want to build stable families and stable communities in our state.

All corporate powers are exercised by or under the authority of, and the affairs of the Association managed under the direction of, the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors administers the finances of the Association and has sole authority to appropriate money. The Board of Directors also approves the Association’s Strategic Plan, annual budget, and any amendments to the Bylaws.
