What are the registration rates and what is included in registration?

Food & Beverage included with the Convention registration:

• Coffee Service: Thursday, October 8 – Sunday, October 11
• Opening Evening Reception: Thursday, October 8  – Hors d’oeuvres
• Lunch: Friday, October 9
• Event organizers will work with the Convention Center to offer a concession style lunch Thursday, October 8. Host hotels have breakfast options for purchase, available in the hotel. We also encourage attendees to enjoy the restaurant options Wilmington has to offer.

Dress Attire

• Business Casual
• *If you get cold easily, bring a jacket

How do I reserve my overnight accommodation?

• Once registered, you will have access to the Hotel Booking link on your confirmation page and through email. Once the hotel blocks are full, attendees will be on their own to book overnight accommodations.

Convention Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received prior to or September 24 will receive a full refund, minus the $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations on or after September 24 will not receive a refund
• No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit.
• This cancellation policy is not applicable to sponsorship & exhibitor agreements. Please see your sponsorship and exhibitor agreement for the cancellation policy
• Reminder | Cancelling your Conference Registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. You will be responsible for cancelling your hotel reservation separately.

What is the BIC Discount?

• This discount is available to Brokers-in-Charge (BICs) who register themselves plus four (4) licensed brokers that are NC REALTORS® members under their supervision and within their office. To qualify, all five attendees must be registered at the same time using the BIC Group Discount Registration Rate, earning a $50 discount per registration.
• Additional registrations may be added at the current Convention registration rate.
• This discount is only available for Full Access Registrations.
• All discounted registrations must be submitted by Wednesday, September 16.

BIC GROUP DISCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Registration Policy:
  • Discounted registrations are non-refundable
  • Transfers are permitted only to licensed brokers that are NC REALTORS® members under the same BIC and within the same office
  • No transfers will be accepted after the registration deadline
• Membership Requirement: All registrants included in the group discount must be current members of NC REALTORS®
• *Discount requirements subject to change

• Do I need to register if I only plan to attendee committee & business meetings?
  Yes, anyone attending the events & meetings in person must be registered and agree to the NC REALTORS® Policies and Procedures. You will not need to register for the individual committee meetings.
• When is the registration deadline?
  No deadline. We will accept registrations throughout the event
• What is the registration transfer deadline?
  Prior to Thursday, September 24. Registrations cannot be transferred after this deadline
• What is the cancellation date?
  Cancellations received prior to Thursday, September 24 will receive a full refund, minus the $50 processing fee. Cancellations on or after September 24 will not receive a refund.
• What events will be offered virtually?
  NC REALTORS® Convention, including business and committee meetings will not have a virtual component.

• Where do I find information on overnight accommodations?
  • You must be registered to access hotel reservation information. This information is located in (2) areas:
    • Confirmation email received after registering for the event
    • Sign into the event website using your email address and confirmation number. Once signed in, the hotel link will be available on the confirmation page.
