- Event organizers will work with the Convention Center to offer a concession style lunch Sunday, October 20. Host hotels have breakfast options for purchase, available in the hotel. We also encourage attendees to enjoy the restaurant options Wilmington has to offer.

- How do I reserve my overnight accommodation?
Once registered, you will have access to the Hotel Booking link on your confirmation page and through email. Once the hotel blocks are full, attendees will be on their own to book overnight accommodations.
- Convention Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received prior to Tuesday, October 1 will receive a full refund, minus the $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations on or after Tuesday, October 1 will not receive a refund
- No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit.
- This cancellation policy is not applicable to sponsorship & exhibitor agreements. Please see your sponsorship and exhibitor agreement for the cancellation policy
- Reminder | Cancelling your Conference Registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. You will be responsible for cancelling your hotel reservation separately.
Attendee Registration Information
- Do I need to register if I only plan to attendee committee & business meetings?
Yes, anyone attending the events & meetings in person must be registered and agree to the NC REALTORS® Policies and Procedures. You will not need to register for the individual committee meetings.
- When is the registration deadline?
No deadline. We will accept registrations throughout the event
- What is the registration transfer deadline?
Tuesday, October 1. Registrations cannot be transferred after this deadline
- What is the cancellation date?
- Cancellations received prior to Tuesday, October 1 will receive a full refund, minus the $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations on or after Tuesday, October 1 will not receive a refund
- What events will be offered virtually?
NC REALTORS® Convention and Expo, including business and committee meetings will not have a virtual component

Hotel Information
- Where do I find information on overnight accommodations?
- You must be registered to access hotel reservation information. This information is located in (2) areas:
- Confirmation email received after registering for the event
- Sign into this event website using your email address and confirmation number. Once signed in, the hotel link will be available on the confirmation page.

- When will the full Event schedule be available?
- It is available now.
- What will be available virtually?
- NC REALTORS® Convention and Expo, including business and committee meetings will not have a virtual component
- Committee Meetings Statement: Our association may have as many as 40 committees and other governance events occurring during the in-person meetings. Due to the complexity of these meetings and the vast costs associated with the setup, there will not be a hybrid option for the committee meetings. All committees who need to meet during this week will meet in person unless other plans have been made to meet virtually only.
